That’s why we corral plastic woo-girls like you in places like Gaslamp. To keep you away from the civilized society we built for ourselves outside of the played-out Midtown scene (real natives know this to be true). And you’ll keep doing that same routine every Thursday too, because at heart you don’t love him, but hey, he’ll keep paying the lease on your white 6-series convertible if you just keep using his rod to commit Hari Kari on the back of your esophagus, you mouth-breathing lemming.

Sounds like trolling from someone who DEFINITELY isn’t from Houston. Houston is extremely diverse ethnically, largely blue, & liberal. It’s why cultural bigots ignore Houston in mainstream press. So, either you are in Houston & so closed off from the rest of the World by sticking to only certain parts of town that you don’t know this &/or you are SO stupid & myopic there’s no possible way for you to see this. Plus, others have noted you may not have been following the story. White lawyers were quoted one/no cover charge & black lawyers IN THE SAME GROUP were quoted a $20 cover charge. First, you sound like (because you probably) a racist. Houston, TX is THE most diverse city in the South and one of the most diverse cities in the country. These men are all lawyers and can afford a $20 cover. But you clearly didn’t follow the story because these men were only charged cover because they were black. I personally think the author of this is extremely liberal and not from Houston. I am sorry that this is TEXAS and not only is it Texas, it’s Houston Texas. Last time I checked we aren’t going to let some hippies move here and start changing the way we’ve done things. Coming from a native Houstonian who lived in Las Vegas NV, Houston’s Gaslamp isn’t doing anything in regards to “The Civil War Era”. It’s people like you who make race an issue. If you can’t afford to get in the club, you’re not going to be able to afford the drinks. If you don’t like conservative Texas, then go back to Liberal America. As far as I’m concerned people like you need to be removed from our society so things such as race stay where they belong, in the past.
