I’m appalled to learn that the pipelines include old gas lines and will carry tar sands as well as fracked mixtures. Failures such as the disasters in Kalamazoo and Mayflower demonstrate beyond all doubt that old and new pipelines carrying these chemically-laced “oil” sludge mixtures will fail and poison all human, plant and animal life nearby.
