I came across this article while waiting around for friends at a local bar and literally laughed at so many categories. This was a really funny article; however, seriously Free Houston Press?!?! The worst race?!?! I was going to show this friends and instead immediately put it aside. I get that this was supposed to be a light hearted/joking article but if that had been any other race listed, yeah right. It wouldn’t have happened. I work in a field that already has a lot of reverse discrimination against “white people”. Thanks for feeding into that. I will no longer be reading your press.

It’s OK, I know your behavior drives a lot of people crazy but the worst anyone can say about you is that you’re eccentric, not that you’re phony.

ps – re: Douchebags, that’s an interesting thing to consider. Where does “hipster” end, and “douchebag” begin? I tend to think they’re like Batman and The Joker: they need each other as a foil.

Not being facetious! There are many things in this aritcle I’ve never even thunk about!

Ms. Heather, I’m not afraid to admit that I have friends stationed in the upper tier of douchebaggery. They go to both 360 and Sawyer Park. They don’t wear Ed Hardy, but they are douchebags. So, on that point, you are half right. I’ve been to 360 twice and neither time did it suit my fancy- mostly because I don’t like my sports bar to look pretty. I prefer soulfulness to aesthetic.

Ms. Lexi, nothing on Washington Avenue is “upper class.” That’s just the illusion doing its job.

I am not entirely sure how to interpret the above comment..if it is intending to imply that I am somehow fooling people or faking my behavior, it is inaccurate…I don’t get my jollies on acting this way or feeling too overwhelmed to comfortably do my job…and not piss some people off…and I am not pretending to be sensitive and overwhelmed…I just am. I also have walked on my tiptoes for most of my life…cannot tell left from right even though I have worn the same ring on my left hand since I was a kid…and I have difficulty recognizing people (so I might offend people by not recognizing them)….and I have a few vocal tics…etc…my point was that I was “assessed” by a specialist..not simply “self proclaimed”

Mills-mccoin: you’ve obviously never stepped foot into 360 sports lounge because if you did you would see that we are an upper-class sports bar unlike many other on Washington avenue. 360 sports lounge has great food and a wonderful staff. I disagree with everything this Ass-clown has to say. Go to 360….it’s a great place to catch up on all sports and the views not too bad either.

Hey Dieterman, if the case against Michael Jackson was baseless then why did Mikey pay ONE family over $20 million? The other settled claims weren’t revealed. Calling a child’s defense for himself “completely unreliable” is kinda calling the kettle black, don’t you think?
