• VIDEO MUST BE UPLOADED TO YOUTUBE AND SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL TO EDITORS@FREEPRESSHOUSTON.COM NO LATER THAN APRIL 27TH AT NOON.

• VIDEO MUST BE AT LEAST 25 SECONDS LONG YET NO LONGER THAN 90 SECONDS.

• VIDEO MUST INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE MENTION OF ‘FREE PRESS SUMMER FEST’, ONE MENTION OF A PERFORMER, AND USE THE WORD ‘SNAKEBITE’ AT LEAST TWICE.

• DO NOT EMPLOY MICHAEL BAY AS YOUR DIRECTOR.
