Either Jef with one F is a high level Rogue (or Thief if you insist on using the older 3rd or earlier edition) or the guy is playing with loaded dice. Just look at his ability to evade notice despite twisting his titties not five feet from the woman he is stalking and his scaling a high-rise in the middle of the day to nary a glance.
