How to Add an Event
Got an event you want our readers to know about? Add it to Free Press Houston’s online Event Guide—it’s easy and it’s free. Just follow the steps below.
1. First, check out the Events page then select the ‘Add Event’ option under the drop down menu in the navigation menu.
2. You will be prompted to login or create an account.
3. Once logged in, simply fill in all of the details. Be sure to add an image so we can tag it as ‘highlighted’ if it’s selected as a featured event by our staff.
4. Click submit. You’re done! We’ll preview the entry and publish it on approval.
If you have any edits to make, simply view your event’s post and click ‘edit this post‘ at the bottom of the post. or while logged in from the submission page, click ‘My Events‘ .
