French Cultures Festival 2024
Want to prepare before the legendary SXSW Festival? Come celebrate French language and cultures with live performances by French and Houstonian artists at Discovery Green, Houston. French bands AIR BAG ONE and THE INSPECTOR CLUZO will perform alongside Houstonian band DEEP CUTS for a night of festivities. The concert is FREE, open to all and for all ages.

HOUSTON (Feb. 13, 2024) – A class assignment turned into a full-fledged recruitment opportunity for Lone Star College-Kingwood students and the community. The college’s project management class entered the American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM) Recruitment Challenge, a national competition. The students won a $1,000 grant, which they will use to plan the first LSC-Kingwood Petrochemical Informational Fair and Expo.
