When the good folks at Fun Fun Fun Fest leaked Slayer’s name for their 2024 lineup last week, everybody made just a lil” bit of pee pee in their pants. With vocalist/bassist Tom Araya out of commission from back problems/surgery for some time, Slayer fans have been without this usually oft touring band.  But with a huge name like Slayer released, their is the danger that the remaining lineup could have been, well, underwhelming. Not the case here at all. Fun Fun Fun Fest has delivered a veritable hot coal in the anus with their remaining lineup which includes Public Enemy, Passion it, Architecture in Hellsinki, Danzig, Henry Rollins, Diplo, Flying lotus and a metric fuck-ton of others. Game always recognize game and our Austin friends have included Houston mainstays B L A C K I E and Fat Tony ( you better buy his shit)  to the lineup.  Also, the promoters say they have more to announce in August and September. Clutch stylings I imagine. Here is how it sits as of now:
