Khaos at Kid Cudi

Kid Cudi played an energetic set last night at the Reliant Arena in front of a mixed crowd of female tweens to stoned clubsters. I’ve never been to a concert before where I have seen so many people being escorted out by police due to the ole giggle weed. A few months ago the rumor was that Cudi was to play the Final Four Dance Party at Discovery Green, but then canceled. With much anticipation Kudi played a lengthy set list from his singles “Erase Me”, “Persuit of Happiness”, and also playing “Day and Night” which was not on his set list.

Kid Cudi took the stage solo and owned all of it. He paced back and forth on the arena stage as if this is what he was born to do unlike his opening act, Ripper who would do much better performing on a smaller stage. It was great finally seeing Kid Cudi perform, but it’d been great had he performed “Make Her Say” which is from his “Man On The Moon” album. Overall, great performance and I look forward to seeing him perform again.
