At first I thought his name was a scientific Greek name, but then it would have been Theophilus london. So if we break this down the genus “theo” meaning god. “philus” meaning: When a child is born, it is not able to eat bread, but is first fed on milk, and then with its advance in years it proceeds to solid food. And specie london, well one could easily think he’s from London, but he’s not. He’s from Brooklyn. He’s not an exotic animal or an ill child god, but just a dude with a fucked up name that makes exotic sounds. Theophilus London plays a swing of 80’s electronic beats in the vein of Kraftwork and hip hops over it with some funky chopped up lyrics.
